So I'm hopeless at writing about myself.   It is nearly 2 years since I wrote the introductory journal entry with ALL the good intentions of keeping it up to date. 50 years came and went and now 52 is fast approaching.   I did actually fall off the motorcycle riding back from the rally in the middle of the winter - the risks of trying to turn into petrol stations at slow speed on hail !!  Luckily I was OK and the bike was repaired so no real dramas there. I thought it was time I added a journal entry so you, dear reader, might have something to fill a moment or so of your time. I live in Christchurch, New Zealand - that's about half way down the south island on the East coast I'm fast approaching 50 years of age so am looking to resurrect a hobby I had in my youth.  Yes I'm talking about photography...  I've dug out my old screw-mounted primes and low powered flash guns, bellows units etc. and given them to my son  = bostwickenator  (I'll work out how to make this a link one day).  So at the moment he's trying to work out how to use them in the digital age.   This serves two purposes...  Fir
